Banijay Mexico and U.S. Hispanic is a studio focused on developing and producing original content in both English and Spanish for broadcast, cable and streaming platforms in the Mexican and U.S. Hispanic markets.

The studio, based in both Mexico City and Los Angeles, is led by Marie Leguizamo, the multiple-Emmy nominated producer behind some of the region’s top unscripted hits. Banijay Mexico and U.S. Hispanic is a division of Banijay, the world’s largest independent production and distribution company.

Managing Director

Marie Leguizamo was named Managing Director of Banijay Mexico & U.S. Hispanic in September 2021. A multi-Emmy nominated producer, Leguizamo oversees the unscripted studio that is based in both Mexico City and Los Angeles.
